1936 Zenith 5-S-29 Tombstone Tube Radio Beautiful

1936 Zenith 5-S-29 Tombstone Tube Radio - Beautiful! This radio is in extremely good condition for it's age. In the move from my home to the shop it suffered some damage as you can see in the cracked dial glass.

I turned it on & it hums. This is one of my 1st radios that a friend restored for me years ago. He is a retired EE.

His hobby is tube radios. He loves to bring them back to as close as new as possible. His work is outstanding now & has always been so. I have quite a few more radios that were done by my friend & they are all very special to me also but the decision had to be made, & here is the one that I have chosen to let go. Overall dimensions are approximately 13"W x 8 1/2"D x 18H.
