In its day it ran on old fashioned battery only (now unavailable). It was Exceptionally Restored to an AC Electric Radio.

A Restorational Beauty , Refinished to its original luster. It looks and sounds excellent. Size is: 17 1/2"L x 11"W x 9 1/2H. The Highlight of Vintage Radios. The face is excellent with all knobs and buttons working. The innards have been Restored using new old stock tubes, capacitors, resisters and wiring where possible and necessary. The dials turn properly with original knobs. The dial cover is excellent. All work done with pride by an elderly lifetime antique & vintage radio restoring expert. A wonderful find for any radio collector. ALL antique and vintage radios might require substantial antennas for best reception. Please be aware that all wood has grain imperfections in it which is normal.
