RESTORABLE RARE INVERTED CHASSIS GRN ZENITH 6D-414G -JACKED UP PAINT -NO CRACKS

We reject the idea that vintage has to mean, rusty, scratched, dirty or untested. So, I got carried away and bought too many radios to restore. This one is a 6-D-414G - an awesome small table top that is pretty rare because of the recall and limited survivors. The paint is all jacked up and a mess - was planning to have it repainted in the original green with some gold embellishments. No cracks, solid cabinet, all buttons and knobs - missing two tubes so it might play but I've only seen it light up. Needs to be recapped - no rust - chassis and cord in good shape. I always wanted this inverted chassis Zenith in green with the push-buttons - 6 tubes with a cool gold dial. Just never fully fell in love once it was here and now too many others in line so this one goes. This will look great once restored. Please review all photos - they are part of the description.
