As the pictures show, the cabinet, knobs and back are in very nice condition with only a few scars from 80 years of service. The cabinet is free of chips and cracks and has been repainted by a previous custodian. The electronics has been professionally refurbished with all the old paper, wax and electrolytic capacitors having been replaced with modern reliable parts. All the tubes and other components have been tested and replaced as necessary including a new power cord and dial light. The controls have been cleaned and lubricated for smooth operation.

It was then carefully instrument aligned to factory specs for optimum performance. It also has provision for an external antenna to receive more distant stations.
