Vintage Zenith B600L B-600-L transoceanic restored multiband short wave radio

There might be a mistake. This is for a Fantastic Zenith 1950s radio. In the world of transoceanics the 600 series are some of the most sought after and the brown coehide B-600-L is 1 of the most desirable and hard to come by of the 600 series. They are also historically significant as they are not only the last tube powered transoceanics but also the last tube radio's produced in the united states.

Here we have 1 that has been professionally gone over by an electronics guy. He said he replaced all the electrolytic and paper capacitors and any transistors that were out of tolerance and I believe there were some other things he said he did with it that I don't quite remember at the moment.

There are a couple of little suction cup things with snaps on them that are in the back of the radio(not pictured). Antenna pops right up like it should and plays and sounds really great. Radio stations come in crisp and clear.

Didn't try the ham statioons as I live in the city and I'm surrounded by 3 and 4 story apt bldgings and have never been able to get any short wave stations and I'm going back 15 years and quite a few radio's. Cosmetically not bad at although I'll mostly leave that up to pics. A few nicks here and there to the leather but nothing gross or major. Might benefit from a buffing with a leather cleaning/staining type product. Probably about 300 to 400 pieces of vintage electronics.
