Vintage Zenith Model 5-S-319 Racetrack Dial Tube Radio Working! Looks Great

Zenith Model 5-S-319 Racetrack Dial tube radio that is in good working condition. Radio receives stations quite readily with minimal background noise and the volume is good. All of the dials move properly and smoothly and the dial indicator functions properly as well. One dial knob is chipped and another appears to have been glued back together.

Grill cloth is in very good condition with just a hint of fraying. The glass dial cover is cushioned underneath the metal clips with some black tape. I would suggest swapping that out with something more appropriate. The finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax. There is a small veneer chip on the left rear side of the radio that does not detract from the overall appearance. The power cord is in good condition, still plyable.
