Doesn't appear to be any wood or veneer damage or any breaks in the wood grill. The auto-tune buttons work well and the tuning string is in strong allowing full range of tuning. Will look beautiful in someone's collection. When plugged in, it lights up the dial and the tubes light up, but cannot hear anything. Has a replacement power cord and there was a bag of capacitors stuffed between the speaker and chassis, but have not pulled out the chassis to see if any work has been done. If you want to go the new dial route, let me know and I can send you the address of where to get one. The controls on the front are a little tight and could use some oil or something to loosen them up for smoother operation. There is also some very mild veneer warping on one corner that I took a picture of (last picture) to try and show it, but it's hard to capture on camera, just have to get the light to hit right to even see it. If you have any questions or if I can take any additional pictures, please let me know.
