I relisted this item in order edit the lighting in the photos. The owner of the cabinet ask if I wouldn't mind doing this for him, and of course I agreed. My camera was set much too bright. He sent this project to me for restoration and asked me if I would list it for him.

And I will answers the questions that I can and others, I will pass on to him. The cabinet is structurally sound.

The green tag was missing, plus I was not able to save what little was left of the bottom serial number label. However, I did highlight the famous Diamond "3" on the top right rear of the cabinet, as you can see in photos. All the veneer was in tact and I have checked all the joints and re-glued the ones that needed it.

I also repainted the inside with the true Zenith Blue, and installed new grille cloth. The cabinet cleaned up very nice, and most all the beauty you see in the wood, is all natural. Now that I have explained my reason for leaving the cabinet in a natural , lighter tone, maybe some of those who thought I was doing this cabinet for them, will now better understand, and realize it was not finished for the sake of their opinion.
