1950s Zenith S-18535 Owl Eyes Clock Radio Chassis 6J03 Restorative Art Deco

This is a crazy find. Plugged it in and the radio actually came on and got a station. That being said, had some hash and hum, but I could understand what he was saying. I did not test clock and seems the tuning is slipping some, most likely the tuning cord.

I wiped down just a bit, he must have been a smoker. Kind of crudy, needs a fine q-tip cleaning. But I havent seen one of these in years.... Please see all pictures and use zoom feature.
