Using an iron on low to medium heat.. Smooth the cloth if needed..

You want the cloth to be damp. Make sure your pattern is aligned straight with the edge of your board. Use 3M Super 77 spray adhesive, and go just around the outer edge of the speaker board...

This leaves the cloth free to stretch as you do so gently, top to bottom and side to side. Pulling it down over the glued edge. As the cloth dries it shrinks and eliminates the small wrinkles that might be left. You can spray the glue on a piece of paper and use a brush for tight places.
