I plugged it in and it powered on. The power/ volume knob rotates properly. The frequency knob does not move the needle.
There are a couple of unattached wires that may control this function, but no further testing done. The cabinet seems to be missing the back panel and the bottom seems to be a handmade replacement The cabinet looks like it will clean up well though there are some scratches. The original wooden knobs are in nice shape. The glass cover is complete and intact. 100% feedback based on honest descriptions and secure packaging.
