MINT Serviced Antique Vintage ZENITH X334 MCM Tube Radio AM FM Works Perfect

This radio almost looks like it is brand new out of the box its really in amazing condition for a 57 year old radio.

It sounds remarkable with deep tone and is powered by 7 tubes and has a large 7x5 inch elliptical speaker! This stunning Zenith X334 was marketed as one of their top of the line table models and was known for having excellent sound. This model led the way which later spawned similar Zenith models such as the X330, N731, and N825 and their K731 cousins. The lower part of the radio is considered Early American and is wood carved.

This is the last of an era of tube radio for Zenith, but the time 1968 rolled around they were all solid state tubeless radios. This example of the X334 is perfect for collectors or for a decorator that wants a statement piece for their décor its a functioning piece of art! The only thing better than the way it looks is the way it sounds!

The tone control works well and Automatic Frequency Control(AFC) functions as designed preventing station drift on FM. The dial needles moves in sync with the tuning knob as designed. There is no hum and the tuning dial moves as designed.

This radio must have been babied or rarely used. There is virtually no wear. The radio plays very well and pulls in s. The labels are all intact, the original knobs have most all of their silvering, the far right knob does have some more fading, but compared to most Ive seen, this one is exceptional. There may be some blemishes here or there on the case but given it is 57 years old, it looks great.

This is a perfect opportunity for a collector to have this rare MINT Zenith N825 in their collection! Dimension: 15.5 x 10.2 x 8.2 inch. I use plenty of Bubble Wrap, extra padding and double box or use extra box support material. It will be marked Fragile & This side up on the box to make sure it is handled carefully. The radio is fully insured.
