We reject the idea that? Has to mean, rusty, scratched, dirty or? NICE LITTLE ZENITH K412-W "OWL EYES" BAKELITE RADIO - IVORY PAINT CASE - PLAYS! MOVING SALE - I'm clearing out a few more radios from my den in preparation for a move. This cute little Owl Eyes radio is in very good physical condition and is playing with good volume picking up several stations across the dial.

The radio looks terrific from every angle and when displayed on my shelf! MATERIAL/CONSTRUCTION: BAKELITE (with other plastic handle).

GRADE : 9/10 - excellent original ivory painted cabinet. The original bakelite cabinet was unusual after 1950 and is in excellent condition. No cracks or chips to the bakelite and the original white paint is in excellent condition. Handel is in very good condition as well and is a modern (1950s) plastic - they are usually broken but this one is in great condition with some fading to the Zenith lettering. All original knobs are present and working. The chassis is complete, very clean and plays with good sensitivity. Any repair or service charges going forward are your responsibility. Note: This radios played well when tested but can be affected by dimmer switch interference (buzz) and other lighting at my house. Reception may benefit additionally from using the antenna wire depending on your location.
