A Refurbished 1940/41 Zenith Model 7S530 Table Radio with push button presets. It has 7 tubes and 3 bands (Broadcast, Police and Shortwave).

It has been refurbished inside and outside. The cabinet has been sanded to bare wood, re-stained and several coats of clear gloss poly have been applied.

The wavemagnet antenna has been refurbished with new wiring. All paper capacitors, electrolytics, several resistors and some wiring have been replaced. The chassis has been cleaned and refinished. The dial and dial glass are original.

Pushbuttons are originals and have been polished and sealed. The volume and tuning knob are original and the band knob is a reproduction, all have been polished and sealed. It has new dial lamps. The tone buttons have been modified with new fiber optic backlighting for night operation (see the ending segment of the video). It has 4 tubes replaced the R.

The speaker and the grille cloth are original. The on-off volume control has been cleaned. The tuning cap and pushbutton assembly have been cleaned and lubricated and a new dial string has been installed. It has a new polarized power cord with a fuse installed. It has undergone an alignment on all bands. This item will come with a full schematic, alignment instructions, and tube data.

It will also include a DVD containing before and after images and videos on using and configuring external longwire antennas. This item measures: 21"W x 11"D x 11H and weighs 22 lbs (net). Showing this item in operation and feel free to leave any comments.
