This radio is a real knockout. It plays like a new tube radio, with good sensitivity, clarity and a pleasant rich audio tone. The Bakelite cabinet has no chips, cracks or pops before being cleaned and polished with minuscule age related ware.

The radio tubes have all been tested and replaced if needed. This set has 2 rotary controls for on/off, volume, and tuning control.

This radio set capacitors were all replaced with all modern day equivalents. Original power cord is in good working order. The clock keeps accurate time and all functions work properly. The speaker has been repaired on the outside edge and is in great operational condition. This radio has been restored electronically with all resisters being checked and replaced as needed.

All new modern capacitors were installed for better reliability, performance and tube longevity. This radio was tested for several days after servicing and is now playing with loud clear volume wile tuning in many local and distant radio stations across the dial with it's adjustable rear antenna slide, for those hard to reach stations. Reception is good and clear both day and night with great oscillation across the dial. The chassis was cleaned thoroughly and all controls have been lubricated. The Bakelite cabinet was hand buffed out and then waxed, it now retains a reflective factory like new finish. This is a super clean radio cabinet, don't let this one slip by. All in all, this is a very nice , super clean, Zenith Clock Radio. It's a real beauty and should give you years of enjoyment and trouble free service.
