Not one negative and staying that way. It has undergone restoration of the electronics by a qualified radio tech, a significant value, typically costing over 150 to have done to this style radio. Everything works including tone buttons and dial lights, and because it has been serviced, it can be used with confidence.
This zenith brings in stations from over 100 miles away on a quiet night, without any antenna, depending on your location. I'm in Rhode Island and have listened to NY stations on it. Depends on weather, location and time of day.
This radio although very nice, is not cosmetic perfect it looks very good yet shows it's age. I see no cracks in the cabinet. It is as described and shown. One of the square bakelite? Tone buttons has a crack I tried to show it in the last pic, and there's some spots on top that I couldn't clean off with a damp rag see pics. All the knobs and buttons are aged and it shows. It's at least 80 years old, works great, and has upgraded electronics as shown. I have had a few of my collection arrive damaged over the years. So I know to pack it well and fully insure.
