RADIO / PHONOGRAPH CONSOLE PART FOR SALE. THIS ZENITH HAS A CABINET WITH "10S689" STAMPED INTO THE BACK OF THE TOP LID...

AND A LABEL WHICH SAYS IT HAS A 8A03 CHASSIS. I DON'T BELIEVE EITHER OF THOSE ARE CORRECT. MUST HAVE BEEN A "FRIDAY" RADIO. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE WOOD SHELL IN THE GALLERY PHOTOS AND SEE IF YOU CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT MODEL THIS REALLY IS.

THE CONSOLE HAS A 78 RPM AUTOMATIC TURNTABLE... AND THE CHASSIS HAS A RADIO TO PHONO SWITCH. THE LAST THREE PHOTOS ARE ONLY FOR IDENTIFICATION AND NOT PART OF THIS SALE. THE UNTESTED CHASSIS WITH ALL 10 TUBES AS SHOWN IN THE GALLERY PHOTOS. CHASSIS COMES WITH THE TWO PRE-SET BLOCKS SHOWN IN THE GALLERY PHOTOS.

ONE OF THE BAKELITE TABS ON THE RIGHT SIDE HAS A CHIP OUT OF THE CORNER --- SEE THE GALLERY PHOTOS. THE TUNING STEM DOES NOT TURN THE TUNING CAPACITORS OR THE DIAL AND IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO GET A NEW "O" RING ONTO THE TUNING MECHANISM.
