This Zenith radio is in great, working condition, all original. Now for a little history on this rare 70 year old find: Manufactured in 1956? In Chicago, the ZENITH A835 is a wooden-cabinet radio, a rarity for its time when most American devices favored plastic.

Boasting a distinctive 50s aesthetic with a sizable tuning dial, this radio stands out with its extended tone quality, a result of its wooden construction. Unlike many contemporaries, the ZENITH A835 features a large speaker. Radio works, sounds great and is all original. Keep in mind, the radio has not been re-capped nor has the the power cord been changed to a polarized cord which is reflected in my price.
