Vintage Zenith Model 6S-362 6S-254 Radio Chassis & Dial Working

Vintage Zenith Model 6S-362/6S-254 radio chassis that is in good working condition. Chassis is set up for a 6S-362 model, with the pushbuttons on top.

However, the frame for the pushbuttons can be removed and you will have a 6S-254 chassis. Zenith even stamped the chassis with both numbers, indicating that it is interchangeable. I did not test the shortwave or police bands for reception. It appears that the unit was partially recapped at one point - see photos.

The knob stems turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator functions properly as well. Dial glass is in great condition, with no chips or cracks. The chassis is very clean, with no evidence of rust or corrosion. Power cord is in good condition.
