The speed seems quite correct and steady. The return of the tonearm seems to auto default to 12 inch so an adjustment etc is needed.
It hums with the turntable selected - that diminishes a lot as the volume is increased - not a clue why. The radio does not seem to have that issue and I was able to tune stations in easily, and the ones that were connecting well (local ones) sounded quite good. Defects Power cord is delicate and really should be replaced, cosmetic damage, i tem may have scratches on all sides, show wear and tear, please see the pictures. Years ago I did have someone replace some capaciters and it greatly improved the sound. That hum issue with the turntable has always been there but again, as it sits here I plaued some nice swing 78's by Gene Krupa and Duke Ellington and they sound pretty darned good!
I have Anita O'Day on right this second! Tubes seem fine and I hope you enjoy it! PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS RIGHT UP FRONT AND EXPECT IT MAY NEED SOME RESTORATION.
