UP FOR SALE IS A ZENITH MODEL: 5S29 BALCK DIAL RADIO, CIRCA 1936. I HAVE OWNED THIS RADIO FOR 25 YEARS AND ACQUIRED IT FROM A RETIRED. ENGINEER WHO USED ALL H. THE CHASSIS & CABINET OF THIS RADIO ARE FINEST I HAVE EVERY OWNED.

THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS THE TOP WHICH WAS POORLY REFINISHED. THE REST OF THE CABINET APPEARS TO BE ORIGINAL.

THE SPEAKER HAS SEVERAL SMALL REPAIRS BUT SOUNDS GREAT. THE POWER CORD IS ORIGINAL AND SOME OF THE CLOTH WIRING WAS REPLACED.
