1939 Zenith 9S 367 3-Band shutter dial Zephyr Chassis - Powers On - For Restoration or Parts. Attached one of my speakers and received an output of static with all tubes lit. Unable to tune without control of tuning dial. All 3 bands will shutter. No knobs with this set. Volume control and Dial parts are not attached to chassis. Set is relatively clean with all tubes present but untested.
