Zenith Trans-Oceanic Clipper Model 8G005YTZ1 Shortwave Radio For Refurb, Very Nice. This is one of the finest examples of a Zenith 8G005YT radio I have ever encountered. It is a great beginning for a hobbyist restoration project. The cabinet is in great shape for the age of this unit.

The batteries have been removed. It needs a new power cord. The antenna looks good and works. The instructions/log book are there, just a little roughed up.

This radio doesnt have an AC cord and I have not powered it for fear of damaging components. This radio requires restoration of the electronics which can be accomplished with patience and a little knowledge found online.
